Ohh, Man.. This is going to come as a shock to some people in the area. I'm going to make an attempt to sell my LFS in Bend, Oregon. I'm not asking much $20,000 which is less than I've put into it for sure. But it's a chance for the right person to turn a hobby into a dream. Emphasis on the "right" person! Bend is a community town and the customers who love us here have been the best part of running this business. I have a store that I've built which is actually doing well for only being open for a year. It pays for itself atleast though last year at this time when nobody knew we existed our sales were close to 10,000 a month for january through may after only opening in november. Since then maybe ten times the people in the area know were here and support us!
