I just now saw this, sorry. There's Pristine Aquarium, Annandale Super Petz, Just Pets and some others in Northern VA. There's too many to list in MD such as Riverdale Pets, TFW, Aquarium Depot and some I can't remember the name for. What kind of fish you looking for?
