Your camera flash either really sucks, or that fish isn't red at all. Take some pics with the tank lights on, without your camera flash.
 
Would love a clear pic he does look good were did u get it and how much.

i got him from a lfs store he was marked 17.00 i got him and a jag for 25 he was in a tank with 2 texas cichlids. the only reason i got him was he was completly redish pink with pearling and he was beasting the other two texases that were in there. when i saw him i was like damn i gotta grab him due to the fact i know he was mislabeled. and i have 4 other green texas and i know he was different due to the fact he was so red
