Lookin more at the tank it looked like i had wiped it down with an un washed new cotton wash cloth(like when you dry your car). I pulled out my Black ghost knife and senegal. bichir put the in a smaller tank. temporary =(. the Lfs said it was leaches from the live blood worms i fed them 2 mounths ago but have infested my tank. i was just gettin water back to square one then this happend plz help

the lfs said the white fuzzy stuff was leaches?
if i have read that right then leaches brought in with bloodworm are red/black in colour and a few mm to a couple of cm in length in a fish tank.

to diagnose properly we need all the info about your setup. ie size, filtration, water parameters, cleaning schedule, stocking etc.

i have a 45g. bow, filter died 2 weeks ago so temporary got a cascade 200 hang on back.185 gallon per hour. 2 days ago all peramiters were ok not perfect.
had ich last four days only option for me was to medicate with ick gaurd 2. only the elec. blue jack dempsey had it, looked clear last night....so it seemed.
last month was doin 25-30% water changes and syphon rocks once a week. the blood worms in bottom of tank were creating massive ammonia levels. the last two cahnges were few live worms and quite a few dead ones.
I have a 8 inch black ghost knife, 7 inch senegal bichir, 5inch electric blue jack dempsey and a 3-4inch pictus. i had 9inch common pleco but it was a dookey machine.got rid of it 3 weeks ago. the all grew up in the tank together will post pics in a min

as stated above, worms on glass is planaria... comes from overfeeding and left over food in tank. these are not harmful to fish. can be taken care of with extra waterchanging. the pictus has ich bad. increase temp in the tank to 84 degrees, add salt, plenty of water changes and more medication if necessary.

the planaria will likely be due to your under filtration at teh moment so you need to up your waterchanges and gravel vacs to counteract this. they are harmless, an alarm system to let you know something is wrong with your system that needs fixed such as less food or more gravel vacs.
i would say thats ich on your catfish. directions for a cure are what Greenearthlawns said.
