I went to a fish store they had like a 2 in bass in there and some blue gill and some channel cats....... I thought large mouth bass were illegal un a certain amount. I ask if it was for sale she said no! but would have some in april. 1.00 each or 100 for 90.00. Damn if i knew i could buy them that samll i would have bought it instead of catch it. Well before i was there i went to the ditch to catch some minnows i couldnt believe it someone called FWC, on me! close call but i am not keeping bass 1 is enough he doesnt like friends. So know i worry about FWC coming again. He was cool though wanted to know what i was feeding them for i told him my "oscar".

One here in Kansas will sell you a 3-4" Large Mouth for $0.60.
If you got to talk to him, you had the perfect opportunity to ask questions and get the RIGHT answers. Most of there guys love to talk and show off what they know. Be VERY respectful and ASK questions, DON'T argue and say'well I heard it was this way" nothin' sets them off more than that. Don't lie to them and say you thought that 4" bass was a minnow. Oh, and don't have a spear gun with you either! My cousin just retired a couple of years ago, wish I could have gotten his job. Tuff job tho. It was probably a choice between catching you or an alligator, I would have made the same choice...

I dont know, where the ditch is there is a bussiness place, well the state/bussiness owns that property so they cant say anything and we just started going to the ditch for shrimp and minnows. So i think the bussiness did. I wont be renting storage from that place. Its not fun when law enforcement comes by to see you.
I'd tkae priority lol... its a fingerling... its not going to cost that much for shipping... There are lakes and ponds and rivers near me... never caught a lm though.. (tons of yellow perch, white perch, white bass, and migrating striped bass)
