i was thinking of setting up a native tank with bream, bass, crappie, catfish, gar and maybe a turtle or too. i have 400-500lbs of large, flat riverstone. i have some the size of an egg to as big around as a volleyball. if i were to use that across the bottom of the tank, how would i clean it? the local BassPro Shop has thier tank dont this way.

frequent gravel vacs and current on the bottom. (it's how I keep my large stone clean anyway)

Crap.....missed the volley ball part.
How about something similart to a RUGF system?

I am assuming it is a low current tank. I don't like the idea of a UGL or a RUGL system, but um, all I can think of is that you might have to set up a two currents in the tank with rocks in between the two to seperate them. One side go toward the left, the other go toward the right.
