If i were to breed a pair of RTM which is what i'd like to do in the future, would i need a licence? If i sold to pet stores, private hobbyists, and possibly in bulk to local big name sellers for example Kens Fish Farm, would i need a licence, or to pay taxes on it or anything. By the way i am 15.

This isn't 100% correct but I used to trade fish to pet stores and they said I had to get store credit because I wasnt licensed to sell. But talk to them I had a store do it under the table so to speak for me. Store credit was always way more money for me and thats what I wanted anyway.

Good luck

they were talking about a business license.. not a license to breed fish. To recieve payment of more than $600 for goods or services you have to have a business license and the business has to file taxes. That was the amount about 10 years ago, i'm not sure if it has gone up or not..

600 dollars yearly? if so then i doubt i would make that much selling offspring of Red tiger motas to private collectors, and i prolly would do some under the counter stuff for store credit to some of the lfs around me.
