So my fellow MFKers, the gods were not blessing me on this night which I chose to do my taxes. Let me tell you a little story full of bad circumstances.
So last year I did my taxes with H&R Taxcut, loved it... so easy. I was a good boy and saved a .pdf of my return to my computer (I went through the hell of getting my AGI from the IRS) and a copy of the taxcut file to my external hard drive. My computer died, and I upgraded to a mac laptop. Not thinking, I didn't order the mac copy of taxcut, thinking since my finances were simpler, I would just do it online this year. Long story short, accidentally shredded the paper copy, lost the .pdf, have my return in a file format I cannot open, and the IRS is too buisy right now to take my call.
ALL THIS PREPARATION AND I CAN'T FILE!!! So now I have to wait until tomorrow to call the IRS and get my dang AGI and pin.
