life in a 6x18x18?

I have to shut down the 6x2x2, it was going to be the perminent home of my jardini, though it still is growing out in a 4x2x2.
My 6x18''x18'' is still running, would it be possible to house the jar alone in it for life, or do i need to give the jar up..?

Why not run the 6x2x2 instead of the 72x18x18?

space and weight is why i can not run the 6x2x2.

It'd be better off in the 4x2x2 than a 18" wide tank.
