Light controller to dim lights?

I would like a light controller for my 100 gal tank that will gradually turn on the lights in the morning and dim them until they are off at night. The lights on my tank are LED. My fish panic when the light suddenly goes on or off. Any suggestions for a controller like this. Thanks.

Yes I do that if I'm around at the time. My lights are on a timer so sometimes they come on or off when the room is dark. The fish panic and sometimes they have marks and scrapes from being frightened.
