Nope. One's too high, the other's too low in the spectrum.

You want to keep between 5000k and 10000k for the best results, depending on the type of plants.

Light spectrum doesn't work that way. You can't "average" out the light color because each spectrum band is it's own band, they don't overlap.

So if you have a 3000k and a 12000k you have a lot of deep blue and a lot of deep red where as running 6700k leaves you with a lot of mid blue and mid red. That low spec bulb will leave your plants looking really green as that'd be the only color they're reflecting, however, their health will be very poor.
