OK I just ordered a Arcadia 54W Single light controller and a Arcadia Plant Pro T5 46" 54W tube for it.

Aim is to use these on a 48x12x15 tank, and will be my first planted tank, I wont be using CO2, at least to start with anyway.
Will this light be OK? not to bright thus needing CO2? or not bright enough and the plants wont grow?
Any help or advice much appreciated.
