I was curious if anyone could give me some pointers regarding lighting for a freshwater planted 125 gallon. I've seen a few deals on ebay that appear to be pretty good.

I've read that you need at least 4 flor. bulbs if your going to be lighting for freshwater planted tanks. Do either of these sound good? My tank is 72" long and was given two free lighting fixtures but they are only single bulb. The bulbs given aren't designed for planted tanks either. Would two single bulbs be able to handle that tank or do I need to get something else. Other ideas for lighting by anyone is appreciated.
