Lighting for 5 gallon tank? (to grow H.C.)

Hi everyone! I'm new to this site, and I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what lighting I would need to grow Dwarf Baby Tears (Hemianthus callitrichoides) in a 5 gallon tank.

I have a DIY CO2 system going in it now.

I was thinking possibly a Jebo 13 watt fixture, or two?

Any help would be much appreciated...thanks in advance!

Well, I ended up ordering the 26 Watt, Finnex Light. We'll see how that works out...
