Lighting for a 29g? coralife strip

Hey, my coralife bulbs recently went out. So i want to replace them. I have a 29g with anacharis, java fern, bacopa, some kind of cyrpts, cobomba and i believe ambulia. I would lie to add better plants to this or atleast get a bulb that will help these plants thrive. What lighting should i replace these bulbs with? Coral life has so many options i really dont know what would be the best. this is where ive seen the option i have if it helps. The descriptions dont give much information.

thats what i'm using on my 29g , a compact fluorescent bulb 65 w and 10,000k seems to do well for me.

stay under 10,000K and avoid actinics. youll be good
