Lighting for a 75g planted tank

I currently have a 2bulb 48" fixture with aqua glo and power glo. I know that my lighting is low right now so I want to upgrade it.

Either I buy another 2bulb fixture or buy a 4bulb t5ho fixture? If the t5, any recommendations?
