Do we need to pay special consideration in lighting (high output lights) for an Arowana tank?

I'm asking because the Aro is always on the surface (and may be looking upwards most of the time, I'm not sure on this).

A high powered light that would be okay with say pBass would not be okay if an Aro is present in the tank? Please advice.

I think the only point is about the distance between your lights and the surface... especially if you use HQI or HQL spots (with unprotected bulbs)... Cause of splashing caused by the arowanas when feeding...

As Arowanas have the same light in the natural environnement as the others, I don't see how light quality and power could be a problem ? Again, the only point could be burn injuries or by broken glass
