Looking into what my best option is for lighting a cichlid only tank (no plants). Wanting to bring out the fish's colors and provide least stress to the fish. Would I be looking into fluorescent or LED? Any other suggestions?

LEDS are usually used but i think i remember reading some where there maybe bulb that you can buy for that can go into the one that people usually get with there tanks

Fluorescent really enhances fish coloration, but LED really gives the water a natural look. LED should also be cheaper to operate and should last longer. I have a Beamwork LED for 2 years now without any issues. I also highly recommend getting the double bright
