lighting for FOWLR tank

whats the best, but most economical lighting i can use for a fish with live rock only tank - no plans to convert to reef

can i just use floresent bulbs?

it is a 125g tank - i have 4 lighting strips that hold bulbs on the top from my freshwater days

Agreed...all depends if you want good coraline algae growth....better lighting, better growth ( coupled with proper water parameters )

I did the 10000K / Blue T5... Made all the diff. in my tank, and it looks great! The lunar LED's were worth the money alone!

50/50 atcinics are the best imo they make stuff look whiter the same way blue dye makes old ladies hair look whiter. the blue tinge kinda gives it a cleaner look.
