Lighting for Mbuna Tank - 75 gallon

I am in the planning stages for my 75 Mbuna tank and my next decision is the lighting. What do I need to consider?

I'd like to take into account:
(a) showcasing the colors of the tank
(b) heat that the fixture gives off (heating the tank)
(c) efficiency to run - electric bill
(d) quality long lasting light fixture
(e) not looking to spend my kid's college fund on it

if you are not planning plants, I would use Hagen Powerglo standard flourescents. many african cichlid people over on cichlid formum love them and I use them on my freshwater tanks.

a nice white light with a hint of blue and they are very bright.
