Lighting for my 5x2x2 150g

So I'm looking to upgrade my lighting for my 150. I do have some space constraints and won't be able to hang lights, and only have 16 inches between the ceiling fan and top of the tank. Anyway Im planning to go planted with disc. What sort of lights have ppl has exp with that would work wellwith the limitations I mentioned?

Also looking to add driftwood and plants tomorrow is that too soon? Water filled yesterday at 11pm Pac. Time.
