lighting for red tAILED CAT FISH

i have a 75 gallon with plants and im going to out my new rtc in there. its a T5 HO 216 WATT lighting system. is this to intense for the cat fish thanks Chris

dam i have a 115 gallon i could set up instead of the 75. i have the little guy in a 37 gallon right now untill i set up the other one. and im shocked i got him wiht a fin missing right behind his gills and he eats and swims like a champ.

the 75, will be okay for awhile, but ultimately u need something huge.

what are the dimensions of 115?
ultimately depth is what you want with these guys.
