LIGHTING HELP NEEDED

Hi all, i have a prob, my bulb has blown and the only bulb i have to hand is my old tortoise bulb which has UV-B lighting, i cant really see why it would be a prob, as it never hurt my tortoise, but is it safe to use this? thanks!

I wouldn't use it. Lighting is not essential. I would just wait until you can pick up the proper replacement.

It shouldn't harm your fish, but as others have said it may produce an algae bloom.
