Ok, I am currently trying to sell off my SW tank to finance the 180g that I intend on populating with a few CA bruisers (tho babies to start!)
I have an aquaticlife 48" 4 x 54w T5HO with moonlight LEDS's and 3 Timers that doesn't even appear to be worth half what I paid for it now. Would this fixture work well with the 180? Eventually I want to go to LED but figure why spend the money now when I don't have to.
I want the tank with subdued lighting and some dark corners, is it worth running al 4tubes or should I just replace 2 of the SW tubes with something in the 6500k range and leave the other set off? (oops the 180g is 6ftx2ftx2ft)
