Lighting Option?

I wanted to know what would be the best bulb for a 30 gallon planted. Its a 30 gallon long so its pretty shallow.

Already has a freshwater bulb in there which is perfect for plants, the price is right and the wattage is just enough to allow you to grow a variety of plants without jumping into an algae bloom.
