Lighting question for my 180

Should I use two 36" triple tube T-8 striplights or two 36" double tube T-5 HO fixtures? I want to have low light plants like Java Ferns, Anubias, some Cabomba, Ancharis, etc. So in other words which one of the two above will be better for the plants?

The tank is 72" x 24" x 24" and it holds 10 Piranhas.

for plants I would go with the T5 HO.

I use twin 36" double tubes on my 150g (72x18) and its great, but for plants, I would use the high output T5's.

T5 really helps scream the fish's colors
