I am setting up a 75 gal. reef tank and I have a few questions about the lighting. right now I only have a floresent 4 -65 watt bulbs. 2- 12000k dqaylight bubls, and 2 03 actinic bulbs with 8 led blue lights. Is this enough light?? I have a hps 1000 watt hydo grow light that I have had lying around. Would this work for lighting a fish tank?? Im kind of confussed when it comes to the lighting issues. I also could put another floresant 4-65 watt set-up like I have now so that would be 8- 65 watt lights. What should I do?? Or would I be better of updating to t-5s?? I want the live rock and coral to grow as fast as possible. which set up shoould I go with? Exactly what is the diferance between say a 1000 watt hps grow light compared to a 250 watt metal halide for a fish tank? Please Help and sorry about all the questions.
