Lighting Question

what do you guys use for light. Very bright, normal or dimmed light?

Also what is best for Dats? I have my set up with twin light and it's very bright. Should I dimmed the light or just leave the way it is?

I have 2 t5s 6700k and 10000k and mine is out beging for food all the time the water is what counts i think not how much light you have

I've dimmed the light yesterday and today they are out and swimming around. not hiding anymore. My water are crystal clear.
