Lighting What Bulb Should I Run

I was looking around the web and there are alot of different bulbs out there and I dont know what to use.

My 29g setup had a screen top and no light, it got natural light from the window (indirect).

I now have a 40g long that came with a light but I dont think its what I/my fish need.

I have a Green Sunfish, a hybrid Longear Sunfish, a LMB, a Yellow Perch a Yellow Bullhead and no live plants .

My tank is not deep so low wattage is a must.

So what do you think I should look for/go with.

your lighting is fine. your tank is not. you need a much larger tank.

lighting is really not too much of an issue if you aren't live

This is what I have for now, this is just a temp setup till i can find a deal on something bigger.

I may end up getting rid of a couple fish since the LMB is wanting to rule the entire tank and has everyone else hiding.

He doesnt bite but will chase if the others swim away, if they dont he does nothing.

I have had him since he was 2" long so its gonna be tough.

Well it seems he has calmed down to his old self, maybe it was the stress of the tank switch.

I was going to make a video of my Sunfish mating (I think) instead everyone wanted to be taped so take a look.

Of course the tank is not fully furnished yet, was thinking of doing driftwood, just got to find that perfect look.
