hey i need to know are the Hagen t5 double units thoose new ones, are they enough to grow swords. atm i am keeping the sword under a 150 watt floodlight and the light is an algae magnet but it grows the plants really well . so i intend to buy a hagen 3ft double tube one. will this have enough light to grow a big sword?

Easily enough light. These fixtures are very well built, and have now replaced all CF, and T12 lights in my house.
