I'm building a large tank on my back veranda, it's 2 meters high and is only just short of the roof. I was thinking of removing the iron sheeting and replacing it with clear sheeting to allow more natural light in to promote weed and plant growth. I spoke to the people at the hardware shop and all the clear is UV proof. So will this be pointless or will every bit help ?
