I am looking for information on lightbulbs, what is the most efficient and what brings out the colors most? I have been fishkeeping for 30+ years but never understood lighting. I'm sure this has been covered several times and i may be in the wrong forum, Please advise.

If you head over to the plant forum you'll find lots of info on lighting. I just ordered an LED spotlight to try out on my 130. If I like it I'll be getting a couple more. 20 watts each about 600K temperature.
