yeah its brand new. it says its really good for heat displacement and it has seperate on off switches for each set of lights. it also has cooling fans for each light so i am thinking its a good deal but it almost seems too good.
just lettin yall know i ordered the light i was talking about. i will do a follow up and maybe some pics to let yall know how it goes=]
