If you are looking for simple viewing lights some EcoXotic Stunner LED's will work great, the look fantastic and are cheap. If you want to grow I would highly suggest some quality ($$) LED's....AquaRay for retrofit http://americanaquariumproducts.com/LEDLights.html or aquaillumination for a full unit. Yes they will hurt up front but with the energy/heat/bulb replacement savings over the other lighting options they are far cheaper in the long run and they look 10x better than T5.
