Okay I am gonna try and see if I can get some help this time. I have a 36" t5 light and I wanna use it as a light for night time what is a good light for making as natural for the fish as I can for night time

blue LEDs so if your stuck on using that blue light maybe get a peice of glass that is the same length and width of the light fixture.paint it blue start with one coat see how it looks and add more coats to darken it up to your prefrence. thats just a sugestion i dont know if it will work or not but a cheap way to try.
 
Any t5 bulb will produce too much light to simulate nighttime lighting. Moonlight is usually dim lighting. Get yourself some cheap LED moonlights.
 
If you use your 36" T5 light for night time... it will not really be night time. Oh, and watch out for some nasty algae growth...
