I have to get new lights for my 220 I bought the tank off craigs list an the light strip don't work so I need to order a 72inch light strip but I see there is one with 2 36inch bulbs an there is one with 4 36inch bulbs I'm looking for opinions on what one would be better? Thank in advance!

I buy my fixtures from home depot as well. I like my tanks dim so I always end up just using 1 4ft 2 bulb floro. on my 6' tanks. IMO the 72" strips are a hassle for me. I hated the one I had. Its to long and bulky. If I was to buy aquarium specific fixtures I would get 2 36" ones. Before you go saying they dont work go pick up a starter for your existing lights. There is not much that can be wrong with them. Very simple inside

Yea I already tried new starters still nothing thanks tho .... I just ordered 2 36" light strips! I have no patients for fixing things

What specific brand do you buy from home depot? I need to buy some lights for my 40" breeder.
