Whats good for a 125 as far as plant lighting goes..any suggestions?

Any particular brand or retofit kit you guys prefer?.. im trying to go with about 2 watts.. but i have less than 1 right now with the existing light ANd its a flourecent (amazing how my sword is still alive)

Personally I'd say if you have the money, get a 250W MH bulb. This is what I would use if I had the money. If not, coralife makes a good pc hood. I haven't tried these yet, but want to try them badly, HO T5 setup, with 6 bulbs.
