What is the best light to get for a 55. I have 2 clowns and 2 tangs, some LR, and a nem. My nem isn't doing to well and i think my light isn't strong enough. It is a coralife single strip 130watts. Any help would be great. Thanks!!!

halide not needed get a 4' 4x54watt t5 ho fixture perfect for anems and later on you could do sps and lps under those lights
I have a 75 with a SLS 6 T-5 retrofit kit with Ice Cap reflectors. T-5's are awesome if you use parabolic reflectors. My par rating was 171 par an the sand bed in a 75. I keep mostly SPS and Clams. Great color and growth. Here is the exact kit I ordered plus I upgraded reflectors. Also my aquarium runs about 78 degrees all the time.

No, there is not enough light penetration. You could get away with this fixture but in the future if you add any sps you will need to put them on the top of your rock. It is a ok fixture but the reflectors are not the best. But better than most other T-5 kit's.
