I have recently got a 180gal and was wondering what all of you are using, I was thinking about getting 2, 36" triple strip light, So is Double lights strips or triple lights strips better.
what do you think?

depends on the type of fish you keep. if you are doing salt water, live plants or another type that requires alot of lighting , that might be fine. but otherwise, you'll be blinding your fish. i got a 150 ex-reef tank that im now using for african cichlids. it came with a single 72" strip and 2-36" strip lights. i used the single 72" for a while, then replaced it with a single 48" and now i use a single 36" strip light. my frontosa like low lighting. so consider the type of fish you plan on getting and then buy your lights.
