Lighting ?

My lightbulb for my 15 gallon fish tank says 15W, is that considered low, medium, or high lighting? I would like to get some live plants soon, but do not know what type of lighting i have. Thank you for any help!

stick with java fern, java moss, anubias, and other low light plants

Does the bulb screw in, or slide in and rotate? It is probably incandescent. Also, what are the dimensions of the tank?
