fir my boa Should i have my infared bulb and my basking bulb on at the same time,on different ends of the tank. That is a question i always wondered because i have one on at a time.Th

Depends what your temps do with both bulbs on. What are the cage floor temps with both bulbs on?

Either way, you want to have the bright one "off" at night if aren't doing that already.

thought you said the only themom you had was stuck on at the top of the tank?

Do whatever you can do the proper temp range. I mean RANGE. I just hope you know what that should be. I dont, but I dont own a boa.

I should also point out the majority of snakes, including boas, dislike bright light. Even a normal photoperiod thats overly bright will stress them, and youll never see them out of their hides.
