Lights?

I got 10 and 29 gallon tanks without light . Is there any cheap alternative light i can DIM ??
Something cheap to do. I got electrical experience so white and black wires makes sense to me heh

You can always just buy the cheap florescent lights at the hardware store rather than buying expensive aquarium lights. Then just buy the right bulb.
