i am going to start a planted 75 gallon tank and was going to get a t5 ho light. i was wondering if i should get a 2 buld light or a 4 bulb light.

I would get a 4 bulb 2 switch option. 2 bulbs wont really spread the light out over much of the tank giving you areas of high and low light. 4 bulbs will better distribute this and you can set use the two switches to have a mid day "burst" of light. 0

yeah i'd get 4 bulbs with 2 ballasts.
