Lima got vegiterian?

Hi I have an aprox 5" big lima, at first it ate all live fish I gave it but then it just wouldnt eat them anymore =/ I have tried to give it different food aswell: shrimp, shrimp mix etc.. the only thing it eats is AlgaeWafers, 10secs after the wafers hits the water the Lime is crazy about it and wafers are *GONE* in no time.

Help me out here mates, I don't want a lame catfish

I think you got a good fish there, many people send months trying to get their fish off live food, it is expensive and can cause health issues and disease. Not so sure just wafers are good nutritionally but maybe try carnivore prepared foods, high nutrition lower cost and he wont attack other fish, unless thats what you want :}.

Nah I don't want it to eat other fish, It's just that it won't eat shrimps and such, I'd want it to eat something else but algae waffers I have plenty shrimp mix and It won't eat it as the other fish do But well guess I should be happy that it leave the smaller fish alone
