i am curious if anyone has bought any fish off craigslist and if you would trust it. i found a lima on craigslist about 6-7" and want to gain trust of craigslist before i do anything.

Thats where I got my original setup and 3 RBP's from, that was six months ago, all of them are doing amazing and I just bought 2 more off of cragslist today, it just depends on the person, its important to ask the right questions and do your research before you go buying a fish off craigslist. Definitely grill the person and ask a ton of questions about the fish before buying. If they know what they're doing, then go for it.
ok i can do that. the guy said he also has a large lace cat and multiple plecos he wants gone to. so yea a little bit of an interrogation is in order i see.
i would ask to that they bring the fish to a public place..there i would look at it and if i like it i pay them the price we agreed on
thats the way i'd do it. im just nervous cause the last fish i got off craigslist came with a 75 gallon tank and didn't make it.
yeah just ask questions and get some pics emailed, its probably healthier than the fish at 90% of lfs and especially the petcrap chain stores lol, good luck
