Everywhere I look I get different answers. So how big do they get in actuality, and what size tank do they need? Not planning on getting one any time soon, just wondering for future reference. Thanks!

24" max (if your lucky), most I know have been 18" at the most and have been quite slow growers after hitting 12" - hope this helps.
