Thank you!!Looking good! Tank looks immaculate too
Thanks for sharing! yeah they get big quick! Good looking fish, looks very healthy!
I've had it since April. It was about 3 inches when I first got it. I have a 120 gallon with a sand bottom and she shares a tank with 2 oscars and a Jack Dempsey. They ignore the Lima for the most part, sometime she gets a little nippy if they come into her spot. She has a piece of driftwood that she rests vertically on.How long have you had it? What kind of setup is it in?
I feed once a day at night time right before lights out. I haven't been able to get her on a pelleted type food, so I feed frozen foods. I get silversides, shrimp, krill, whitefish fillet, and earthworms. I rotate the foods and feed something different every night and I feed her until she stops wanting to eat. Sometimes I stuff a massivore pellet into some of the frozen food. I also will skip a feeding once a week. She seems to be doing pretty well on those foods, that's why I haven't tried as hard to get her on a pellet. I've tried a few times to starve her out and get her to eat pellets but I always give in.I picked up a similar sized one around March. It is in a 125 with an oscar and severum, but I haven't got the growth you have. What and how often are you feeding?
