Limbs

Well my WAL has lost a small part of one of his fore limbs. I think it got stuck in the powerhead. (i know what to do about this)

Anyways i wanted to know if it grows back and how long would it take..?

YEAH MINE DID THAT TOO....IT DID GROW BACK IN ABOUT A MONTH...

I bought one, back in the '70s, that was shipped dry in it's estivation coccoon. When it was broken out (the lfs should have soaked it) the back third of its body broke off. The shop wound up selling the LF to me for $5 since they couldn't guarantee its survival. It not only grew its body back to normal, it did so before the year was up. I grew it to nearly 4ft before donating it to the Coney Island Aquarium when I left for the Navy.

wow that's one story...what type of african lung fish was this fish?
