Colombia also, but their export is now banned from that country (along with most other Pim's - was told this personally by an exporter). Too bad, as I'm really wishing I would've ordered one in from Colombia before they banned their export.

that means he brought them in direct from Peru. There from the Amazon, any fisherman can go get them, if they find them

what i have been told is they do come from diffrent locations 1 has more deep blue shine and stays smaller the other is more silver looking and grows bigger

That would definitely be good information to find out. A lince cat that stays smaller would definitely be preferred in my books!
