Wasnt sure where to post this.. either here or cichlids as I am not sure line of sight is as big an issue for other species so much as cichlids in general.
Biggest problem I've always encountered, is most breaks take up so much room and the tank becomes less natural looking and more "man made"... like using a massive peice of driftwood that doesnt suit the style of tank or is just too big in the first place and takes away alot of swim space..
So basically.... what are some of the different items mfk been using for LOSB?

I'm sure some of you members have some pretty awsome ideas.. we all know driftwood and rocks but again they can end up looking out of place when we arrange them in a tank for a specific need or take up too much room.
Plants are a great option but most cichlids wont allow them in their space... so let's see some ideas!

3 foot long plastic plants (Marineland bamboo leaves) wedge in between large rocks work temporarily. But if the bully has a hard on for the bullied, line of sight breaks won't matter as the hunt continues at the discretion of the bully. They've already memorized the layout of the whole tank so they know all the hiding places.
